Stuff you will need to unlock 3GS on 3.1.3
If your iphone 3gs 3.1.2 is stuck in an infinite loop and you do not have shshs on file with cydia or on your local machine, this is the stuff you need to be able to upgrade/unlock your phone without pwning your baseband to 05.12.
